Not good. Avoid.
Had my hair bleached professionally to pale yellow. Applied Manic Panic Virgin Snow hoping for a white finish. Left on for few hours as conditioning toner, hoping for great results and £15 worth of results. Hardly any change, at best it removed slight yellow tones. No sign of white. After a few washes totally disappeared. I’ll stick with my Wella T18 in future, does much better job and lasts. Don’t waste your £15.
