It can also be diluted for general cleaning. Removing stubborn stains: Apply the cleaner directly onto oil, grease & petrol stains. Work into the stain with a stiff bristle brush. Leave for 5 minutes on tarmac and 20 minutes on concrete & stone.

It works - eventually
I used this to remive three diesel oil patches from my crazy paved drive. The first application diluted the stains somewhat, but it took four applications in total to cimpletely remove all traces of the oil. It's a good product, but you'll definitely need multiple attempts to compketely eradicate dried in oil.

Effective oil removal
It works, but requires a hard brush and ideally a pressure washer to remove everything. It dissolves the oil but you need to remove it with lots of water, otherwise the oil just gets spread out.
