Professional product
The only reason this is a 4/5 is the finish. Its matt and as its antislip everything sticks to it ; leaves, footprints etc. Applied this product at the beginning of the hottest summer as my usual product wasn't available, easy to use, dried quickly, covered well. When it rain's there is no oil in this product so it doesn't look waterproof however no peeling has occurred and I haven't had to reapply and its now Oct.
