Cheap,cheerful and worth the money
I read a few negative comments about this watering can, but i took a chance and bought. To be fair, its a basic cheap can, but having said that, its very functional, holds a load of water the spout stays put, and it showers the plants nicely. It doesnt leak, dribble, or slop water over the top as many do when you fill fairly high. The fact you can see the join from the molding process isnt something that bothers me, its going to sit out of sight when not in use. VERY THIN BOTTOM WHICH WILL HOLE EASILY
The bottom plastic is wafer thin. This is the part that will get most wear and I cant see it lasting very long. It bows down even when half full. One small stone under it and it will have a hole for sure. Would not recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product, shame about the design
A good quality sturdy British brand, the same brand I'd had for 20 plus years - hope this lasts as long. Have knocked one star off purely for the design - the top handle runs north to south instead of east to west like my old one, that gave a large unimpeded opening for filling.
