Very poor attitude of seller ISHOP247
Generator I bought for my caravan looked almost new (1 x Ex-Display Rhyas) no instructions supplied,so had to search for who made it, Once found downloaded instructions. Then found you have to earth the generator so have leads made. Once tried did not start. cleaned plug ( finding broken plug cap) managed to start ran for thirty seconds cut out on 5 attempts. On contact with supplier they suggested that the petrol tank needs to be more than half full and oil filled. Oil OK filled petrol tank petrol then started spilling all over engine (not good on electrical generator). on inspection found large hole in petrol tank near retaining bolt and a broken air filter cover .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
