Bought this a couple of times as it's good value weight/cost compared with LucyBee It's fine for all the uses claimed but when used for cooking it lacks the lovely coconut fragrance of other coconut oils. I bought this item as it says that Coconut oil is good to stop greying hair. It's lovely on my hair, not too greasy and light. It's also very good for my skin. During this hot weather that has passed, it was so easy to melt, I had to put the others in the fridge, lol. Dogs skin problem
