Unforgettable Abba Sound
When I listen to this CD it brings back the Abba sound I remember. Great harmonies and beautiful melodies. The CD was well packaged and is of a high quality. After listening to this CD I find that the melodies get stuck in my head for a while. This is a nice CD to own whilst also I suppose being a bit of a milestone as it is the first new CD that Abba have released in a while. Very difficult to answer in yes or no’s. Quality? It looks absolutely fine, as for sound quality I bought it as a gift, so I have no idea. Value for money depends on whether the Sound quality is good too. The title of the album is significant with regard to the new voyage the ABBA group is taking..
ABBA is a brave and amazing group to have taken a leap of faith to produce this album when they are now all in their early to mid 70's. When listening to their latest songs it's difficult to take onboard that 40 years have passed since they last released an album, as they still sound so good. I do hope that ABBA will aspire to release another album in the not too distant future as their fans of yesteryear are still following their music and it's not just we of the older generation, as my younger son also enjoyed ABBA's music along with me all those years ago.
