    Screwed

    It was poorly packed, and dirty. The two cleaning tools advertised were missing. The belts were off, screws missing. My husband literally had to repair it. Totally over priced. I would love to return it, but so bulky it would be difficult. If this is the way eBay works, I will not use them again; very disappointed , and feel taken.

    Best vac ever

    I've had this model for over 20 years. I love it. Changed almost every part. Recently mine broke -involved drive wheels and wire. Figured before searching for the parts I would see if anyone had a used model. Found the exact model in great shape. Now I have an extra for parts!
