Nice tiles, but very hard to match up the pattern well.
The problem is the matching up. The pattern is good, better than I expected. The price is excellent. But I could not find any reviews that said that these do not match up, so was unprepared. I had not bought other, more expensive ones that I liked more because I had seen such reviews. I was going to send them back but the seller took a very long time to reply, and in the meantime I spent a whole day messing around matching up tiles on my living room floor (it is bigger than the bathroom). Then, I labelled each one before transferring them to the bathroom. This was still not foolproof, because the surplus backing paper all around the edge of each tile obscures the edge of the tile and makes it really hard to be sure it is perfectly matched. Some were not, and this ended up being the way they went down as I could not face another day on my knees trying to match them all up- as each tile has to match every tile on each side. This is a very very big jigsaw puzzle. Mismatching is a real pity, it does spoil the look. For instance the long star points sitting misaligned opposite to each other rather than joined, or the black starry corners having two mismatched points instead of coming to a point. The company eventally replied asking for photos. They already know about this problem, let me be very clear, because I got 3 boxes and they were all the same. I pointed out that it would be impossible to send photos of the dozens of misfitting edges prior to my attempts at matching up, they would need a several hours long film. Their response was that it is their policy. They sadly do not have a policy of letting people know what they are buying, ahead of time. If companies are going to sell things like this, they just need to let you know what you are dealing with so you can make an informed choice. They didn't- so I am doing it for them. After a difficult and inexact process, I am halfway through laying the floor and it does look nice, though the misaligned tiles are a shame. It was also very cheap. I guess if you have the patience of a saint, and do not mind buying extra tiles in case you need extra matches, I would reccommend them.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
