I would've been quite pleased with the product, unfortunately it was defective. On a positive note, when I reached out to the manufacturer they offered some trouble shooting. And when that didn't resolve the issue, they did offer to send me a brand new one. But unfortunately the item is out of stock and on back order, so it may take a while.
