The scale lies! Body fat monitor is the way to go for weight loss.
This product is easy to use and gives you the information you need to see actual fat loss happening even though your scale may not be moving. Muscle weighs more than fat, and when you are working out and trying to lose weight, muscle takes the place of fat, therefore the scale doesn't move but your clothes do. This is a great visual and helps keep you on track. I definitely recommend it. Gives me the same bodyfat reading as my fitbit scale.
