It doesn’t always work, very loud and clunky, has hit my dog in the face when it is supposed to have a sensor when she is there. When I manage to get my dog to put the ball in.. it stopped working. Was so excited to get this as my dog loves to chase a ball and I have a bad shoulder. But am disappointed in the workings. It’s not smooth and it doesn’t fire the ball far at all. Have to keep switching it off and on and I know it shuts down after a while but mine seems to shut down when it has only fired 2/3 times. Intermittent in working. I wouldn’t bother. Plasticated. Good but with limitations
The automatic timer to get your dog resting can be annoying when you are trying to train. Disconnecting from the power doesn’t always get it back into working. It’s also a bit too plastic for my taste. But it works well and with 4 hours of work I could learn how to get a Welsh Corgi to load it herself and I hope with more 4 she will understand that I don’t need to be around for it to work.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Will be great if she ever gets the hang of dropping the ball back into the thing ! Its fairly light so knocks over easily. Thinking i should have gone for the bigger one but though over 150 was too much ! Good but noisy
I am pleased with the product. As mentioned before, it is noisy and our Collie wasn't sure about this noisy foreign object at first but now she gets excited when the machine gets ready to launch the ball. One happy Lab
We bought one of these for Flo, our 2 year old Lab. I have to say that she absolutely loves it and she didn't take long to get the hang of dropping the ball back in. She'd play it for hours if she could and sits staring at the box when we put it away. I guess the success of a product like this depends as much on the dog as it does the item and in our dog's case, as she's totally obsessed with tennis balls, it was worth every penny.
