Makes a difference
Well this definitely on it's own, no other modifications as yet makes a difference to throttle response and smoothness in high gear while going slow, more pull too, I did remove the air diffuser from the air box before purchasing this filter which made some difference, but with this panel filter too has increased the drivability of the car, highly recommend, especially for price too, its worth it even if you had to change every other serviceVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easily the best pound per smile performance upgrade for a Mk7 R. Adds a little extra grunt and noise
Swapped a Bosch paper filter for this foam panel in Mk7 Golf R and it definitely has added a bit of power and a touch more noise. I was sceptical of any increase in performance but I was wrong.
