Good Product
Our slabs had been down 24 years and never cleaned and they have come up great. Good at removing green mould and general dirt.
The product is easy to apply and is effective at removing green mould deposits. I have an Indian sandstone patio and I applied it according to the instructions, left it to work for about 30 hours and then power washed the patio. The result was a very clean patio with no green staining. However, I did not find the product that good at removing black spot. (Having said that, I have tried other products also claiming to remove black spot, but none of them work particularly well). Well I have never been so impressed! Does exactly what it says I thought my rainbow sandstone was finished and almost tiled over the top with porcelain, but gave this product a go and it not only got rid of every black spot but returned my slabs to brand new! Unfit for purpose and dangerous
This is totally unsuitable for use in any garden. We only used it on wall capping stones, as we had already successfully cleaned the patio with a bespoke product. Even after thorough rinsing the whole garden stinks of bleach. It has reacted with the stones, and is clearly dangerous to pets and children. That also means hedgehogs and other garden friends. Great products does what it claims
Great product, I use a fence paint brush put it So it didn’t go on the grass, face mask needed as it’s string stuff. Used about half the bottle on Indian sand stone amazing results left it 5 hours looks cleaner and brighter than when it was new, been down 5 years normally jet wash but it does t touch the black litchen. Sceptical about how good it could be!
I wouldn’t normally bother writing a review however this stuff is something else, it’s worth talking about. I have a large Indian sandstone patio and it was looking tired and in need of some love. I’d noticed quite dark spots on the stones and jet washing wouldn’t touch them. I put the solution into a pump spray bottle and started to spray the patio area. Almost instantly it works and you see the spots getting lighter and lighter until you can’t see them anymore. Some spots are completely gone after 20 seconds (yes that fast) and some take an hour or two to completely vanish but majority of the spots are now gone and it’s it looks like new again. 1 x 5ltr container was used on around 40sq meters worth of affected area - lightly misting the patio surface. BE CAREFUL - it will strip the colour from your clothes and it’s quite strong with the smell so keep your windows closed. Please note the pictures were taken before and after 10 mins of application of the solution.

Needs multiple applications
Used this product on my 25 year old riven concrete patio slabs. Heavily black spotted, pressure washer not removing spots. After 2 applications and pressure washing, the majority of spots are gone. It really does work, and much cheaper than alternatives
Superb job, neither strong bleach nor a pressure washer would touch the black spots unless I used the finest jet very close and dealt with one spot at a time, which obviously wasn't feasible over a area. One application (this is Indian natural stone) and in minutes the paving came up like new. But I left it overnight as recommended and hosed it off next day. Not an effective black spot remover.
Very strong bleach smell. Applied as directed but many black spots remain. Overall the appearance of the patio was improved slightly but not as good as I was expecting. The patio had been power washed the previous day. I tried the product on an unwashed slab as an experiment but it did nothing.
