Interesting but different yet nutritional
I mix this with my protein shake I had to add one packet of stevia it did the trick it does have a Cheesy nutty taste it has very low sodium but as I was using it with the vanilla protein powder and vanilla almond milk I wanted to make sure it's kept to the sweetness so I have to tell you the energy you gave me was really good A little boost I think it's a good product it's a little flaky so I might be good to pour over soups and things like that as well... non-fortified Nutritional Yeast
This product is absolutely stellar. It's important to know that Non-Fortified means that no chemically-made "vitamins" were added to this entirely natural product. Therefore what you get is pure B vitamins and minerals that are from a food source. Because I take this product, I don't have to take regular vitamins. It's delicious: I have it with milk, or on a salad, or in soup. Feel sleepy and lethargic: Take a scoop and instantly get a new resurgence of energy.
