Very nice for the price
Overall I am pleased not hard to assemble seems well built no rattling when the message motors are on and the reclining motors are very quiet. My only complaint is the picture of the remote is not correct you get a regular one with more buttons but no display. the buttons on remote are back lit with a added flashlight also the usb ports are backlit. Despite the remote being different I am still happy I got this, the cheapest power base at Macy's that they tried selling me was over $700 and all it did was go up and down it did not have USB ports for massagers.

nonfunctioning
Received product damaged with small hole in bed frame. put it together anyway and the mechanisms didn't work or worked intermittently after wiggling connections. The head and foot motor connectors didn't fit or seed well into control box and would just fall out so couldn't raise or lower the head or foot part without crawling under bed and reconnecting ends. unlike the other connectors that fit well in the control box and clipped into place without difficulty and had different connectors ends. Very heavy and it's at least a 2-person job to lift and move. The assembly itself was easy. does have usb ports( don't know if they worked never tried them). The head and foot massager worked?? but that feature was just a lot of noise and no real massage function. Returned item which was very difficult in many ways.
