Excellent monitor
I can easily say that upgrading to 144hz has been a complete game changer, absolutely every animation that happens on your computer (even moving around different windows!) just feels so much better. I have a 60hz monitor next to it which is fine but reminds me about just how smooth this monitor is. This monitor is also quite good looking, the bezel's are quite small on the top and sides, which make the experience more immersive. The bottom bezel is red, which is personal preference, but I assure you, it's completely forgotten once you start using it and get into whatever you're doing. I'm not a stickler for colour/details but I found games/movies/pictures completely fine and more than acceptable. But this monitor's main attraction is the refresh rate, which I cannot emphasise enough just how enjoyable it is makes everything. Gaming is the main reason to buy this monitor to take advantage of the 144hz, as most other content only reaches 60hz. Most people think of competitve games when it comes to these high refresh rate monitor's, which is true, but I found story-focused games to be more enjoyable as well. Keep in mind though, that depending on the game you're playing, that you'll need a powerful rig to get more frames or have to sacrifice some graphics settings to get the most from the high refresh rate. The monitor out of the box had pretty bad calibration and the brightness was way too high, you can access the monitor's menu by clicking in the button on the back right hand-side of the display as a small button that sticks out, you move through menus by pushing it in an up/down/left/right direction and clicking it in. Also, I had to move my plugs around as the cable for the monitor's power is not very long. All in all, I do not regret getting this monitor and would recommend it without much hesitation as I think the price (I bought whilst there was a sale for about £176) is very fair for what you get. Minor note: I ordered two of these and both of the boxes that they came in were a bit damaged on the outside, the monitor's were very securely placed inside and were completely untouched, but it should be of note.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great looks and function, screen is a little bright and I can't seem to change that unfortunately.
The monitor has a very nice initial appearance and I was very impressed with how well it was packaged within the box. Upon setting it up I did have a small amount of difficulty with the recessed VESA mounts on the rear. They are recessed into the back of the monitor by approximately 0.5cm which can make mounting to some stands a little tricky. The brightness has been a bit of an issue for me as well. There doesn't seem to be any way to reduce the brightness in the monitor menu of through my PC. It's not so bright that it will blind you but I would like it a little dimmer personally. On the plus side the monitor looks great and I really like the fact there isn't a bezel on the frame. I had no other issues in setting it up and the picture quality is sublime. This is my first 144hz monitor and it has made gaming a dream, super smooth image quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
