Great sound mid tier Sound Bar
Great sound works well with my Apple TV 4K (iTunes Movies and Netflix, Disney+) when plugged in directly and using ARC for HDMI out. Dolby Atmos vertical sound engine really good and fills a decent size room with sound well. Bit hard to work out functions as need to use manual but this is only gripe, besides voices sometimes muffled with bass.

Nice product, but could probably have found a cheaper soundbar with a similar performance. Bass very good but sound doesn't have much improvement over TV speakers, however, the Bass performance is quite good. Easy to install, looks neat and tidy. Great soundbar
I bought this a a refurbished model got it £90 cheaper than the new price, bargain. When I got it it was as if it was brand new. Hooked it up and wow it sounds better than my old 5.1 system. Although it only has 2 speakers and the built in sub speakers it does a very good job of creating the surround effect, especially when listening to a Dolby Atmos source. excellent for the money
fantastic full sound for such a small bar .Doesn't replace a full Dolby Atmos system however great start .Hooked up to Sony tv via Earc . Unfortuntely its very buggy . This is nothing to do with bar however mostly with built in Netflix app the sounds disappears .Pulling plug out only solution . Small size - big oomph
Brilliant sound bar considering its small size. May not be powerful enough for a large party, but, loud enough for the decent size living room. Far superior to TV's built in speakers. Connected via HDMI ARC volume controls work from TV's remote which simplifies control. Automatically selects between Bluetooth and TV inputs with BT seems to have priority, unless overridden from sound bar controls. Well made. Almost Surround!
Superb value. Great system. Compact. Solidly built. Typical Sony quality. I like it having built in sub woofers. OK not as good perhaps as separate like my sound system. But neater! And decent bass response. It has transformed my listening experience with my LG Nano TV. Huge upgrade over built in speakers. It really is good. Depth, tone height and depending on source, almost surround. Amazing really. Thank you Sony!
