Great vacuum, great price
So, we've been thinking about replacing our vax cylinder for a while. It is a bagless VAX, but the filters get blocked quickly, reducing suction. Having viewed a few product review videos on YouTube I decided on the Dyson V10 instead of the cheaper V7's and 8's. Whilst I'm sure they are fine, the V10 has great reviews on battery life and suction power. Further research showed that the Total variant had the best selection of accessories, but the brand new price is a lot! So I stuck the refurbished V10 Total in my watch list, and was pleasantly surprised it had been further reduced. Quickly purchased, and expected free delivery in a few days. I was super impressed that it was actually dispatched on a Sunday, using a 24 hour service, so we actually took delivery the following day. Opening the package and it is impossible to tell you have a refurb model. It looks brand new! The only giveaway is the 3-year warranty info is covered with a note that refurb products only get a 1 year guarantee from Dyson. Using the vacuum is great. It's light weight and the heads are super easy to manoeuvre round the room. Charge time is around 3 hours. Emptying the bin is straight-forward and worth doing after each use. Brilliant
This is my third Dyson cordless cleaner after trading in the V6 for the V8 about 2 weeks before the V10 was released. Easily the best cordless vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used. Very well made, designed with the user in mind and performs as well as a corded machine. Cord free freedom
Purhased for my busy working daughter who absolutely loves it. Said she doesn't know what she would do without it, makes hoovering a pleasure now instead of a chore and couldn't ever imagine going back to the corded variety. I've always hated hoovering, dragging that heavy old cylinder around, muttering because the cord is never long enough. Well, this changes everything. Great Product - Easy to use, lightweight and simple to change attachments.
I like the product its has 3 suction settings, works exactly the way it says. The product very light weight and the attachments are certainly premium quality unlike cheap plastic. Battery life could have been better when set in highest mode. The packaging can be improved so that the attachments are secured inside and they don't get damaged. New V10
Very excited to get this new V10 so much so that all the family found reasons to use it. Our previous vacuum is a Dyson but the V10 picked so much more. The lack of wires and power meant that both hard floors and carpets were cleaned in no time at all. Using the max power all the time is unnecessary, level 2 is ample. If you use max power we found that it lasts about 20 mins. On level 2 it was able to complete the whole house. Kitchen, Utily, playroom, hallways, dining room, sitting room, garden room, stairs, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Needed to empty the V10 4 times. Wonderful convenient hoover

The latest model is much better than the previous models I’ve owned.
