Great cooking appliance!
I love smoked foods. Now i can do it without all the fuss. Using chipped wood, i fill the short soup can size holder, and load rack, and set timer. That's it. I use the fold up table placed at side door stoop. When done, i open door, pick up whole unit, into kitchen sink to unload and clean. I have purchased a foil pan to line the smoker/roaster/ slow cooker. Quick scrub out and into storage closet. No garden hoses, baby sitting, complaining neighbors, or city fire permit. 2 hour cold smoke, i then can the meat. Smoker to shelf 3 hours. No salt, no preservatives, low fat sausage. Why i never saw these at walmart/ or with other smokers at hardware stores, no idea. I will buy a back up, for after i work this one to death. Must have been a limited run production appliance.
