Couldn't Be Happier, Great for Pasteles!
I bought this to grind root vegetables, potatoes, bananas and plantains for making Puerto Rican pasteles, and I couldn't be happier with it! When I put the first potato in I let out this maniacal laugh because it worked SO WELL! It worked just as well on everything else. The alternative had been a tedious two-stage food processor grating and grinding process. This saved HOURS of work and sticky stained hands. Pro -Made the masa so fast and perfect, if you want to save your knuckles buy this for your kitchen. Con - need a more powerful motor.
