I am not taking this product for all the good purposes mentioned in the product description but in support of my thyroid gland (together with other supplements). I only started taking it a few days ago, so it is really a bit too early to say whether the product helps with my thyroids. Treatment for psoriasis
I wanted to wait before writing a review. So I purchased Lindens Zinc on the 18th Dec, to treat psoriasis that was spreading on my elbows and knees. I've had psoriasis for just under 5 years. A friend had been suggesting Zinc but for one reason or another I put off trying it. I wish I listened sooner! My left elbow has pretty much cleared up. The right arm is taking longer to heal, there's a small amount of flaky scales but it is clearing slowly. I take 1/2 a tablet a day with food. Alongside, 10,000 iu d3, 200mg k2 and 14mg iron.
