Decided to get this for use at home rather than going to the gym. It obviously doesn't have the same features as a full gym, but it's very versatile, with adjustable resistance for differing fitness levels. Well-made, folds away for storage. Combined with other techniques (running, cycling, hiking etc) I find it works really well for maintaining fitness. Disappointed
I had read a lot of reviews before I brought this and all were good, so I'm disappointed to find that this makes a horrendous sound when being used even after wd40 had been applied, so I can't use it while watching tv as a lot of people had stated they did. Also the 2 bars aren't level with each other, not sure if they're supposed to be but I would have thought so! Painful on my back when using for sit ups and my tummy muscles don't feel like they are being used, but positive when using on legs. At last something that is more than just hype!

Limiting Factor

exercise almost enjoyable
