I took out an old saniflow in replacement, based on the good reviews of this product. Unfortunately from the offset the product didn’t work correctly. It pumped as and when it liked and leaked. I can’t see how they can make a pump 4 times cheaper with same performance... should pay once and fit once! Lesson learned... Annoying as now I’m having to put back a new saniflow but wasted 2-3 additional visits going to customers property all at my expense. When my flo-force was delivered had it fitted didn't work bring them up delivered me a brand new one the next day working perfectly now couldn't be happier they are fast at fixing problems when you ring them flow for Steam sorted it out with one phone call this was fantastic because other companies you have to keep on ringing on time after time after time flo-force was brilliant only sent me back one day and they apologized and made it right can't speak highly enough of flo-force would recommend them to family and friends and I would use them again without hesitationVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Low price. How long will it last? Time will tell...
Excellent price. Represent great value for money. Almost no fitting instructions. Will have to see how long it lasts. 1 Apr 2020: HOW LONG WILL THE UNIT LAST??? The question for my only insltallation can now be answered. The unit stopped working yesterday. I've opened the lid to investigate and resolve the cause of the failure. All looks as expected.. moldy water with soap/ fat buildup. Throughly cleaned the reservoir of soap fat and fabric fibres. Liable to fail at some point
I bought this as it was cheap and use it as a pump to empty a hand basin. No solids allowed! First unit bought failed after 14 months so quickly replaced with another one as my basement got flooded when it failed. I took this first one apart and it failed because of water in the electrics. 2nd unit failed after about 2 hours and and I opened a return request and got refunded. 3rd unit now installed and so far it has survived 3 weeks so will keep on monitoring it. I keep using the same product as the pipework is done, it’s fairly easy to swap out and it’s cheap.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor Quality?
The first one of these I bought lasted nearly 2 years, the electric motor failed. It's replacement failed after a couple of weeks with an internal short circuit. The sealed design is such that is virtually impossible to repair. The item seems solid and works well when it actually functions. I would expect an electric motor to last considerably more than two years, particularly as it only pumps water. A ship spoiled by a happorth of tar as my grandmother would have said. Pretty basic and needs cleaning out regularly if it's to last
You get what you pay for: this machine is compact and adequate for small bathrooms but I would say needs cleaning out at least twice a year, depending obviously on what you put into it. Great little pump.
Nice compact pump that was easy to fit. Instructions were pretty straightforward, with a choice of fittings for you to cut to match your own pipe work.
