Hates water almost as much as the cats
I bought this device to try and stop my own cats from digging up my lawn after seeding it. You can probably guess what they were doing after the digging. It arrived in good time and adequately packaged and seemed to work fine at first. After the first bit of rain however, it seems to stay on the whole time. It doesn't bother me of course, because I am too old and too deaf to hear it. It did stop the cats pooping on the lawn although they now sit near it without any apparent concern since they have probably got used to the noise. My wife on the other hand, won't go out there unless I switch it off first. Pros: Works for a while and keeps the cats (and the wife) off the lawn Low cost Solar powered Cons: Doesn't like the rain Keeps the wife off the lawn (which I guess could be a bad thing) All in all I am pleased with it, the grass is growing well now and the unit is still working ready for the next section to be protected.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Garden Deterrent
The item was easily set up. It looks neat and was positioned in the garden in an area that is sunny to enable the solar to continually work. The sound emitted is a very quiet hum, The product is good quality and the company were contacted to obtain further instructions. Best example of cheap , low quality .,,
So I bought this keep of neighbours cat, as far as i can tell it did its job.... For a week. Then it stopped working, when inspected i found that the body of it was full of water caused by a light rain. Since it was broken , i decided to crack it open, i then found that out of the two of its speakers one of them only is real the other one is fake. Not recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Squeeling noise
