Good for the price.
Good for the price but I don't recommend for tall users. The treadmill may feel a bit too small. It took me a few uses to get used to. delighted with my lovely treadmill!
Years ago I bought a treadmill which eventually gave up the ghost. Now 5 years on, with chronic arthritis and asthma I was frustrated that i was unable to go out for a daily walk without spending time resting and recovering afterwards. I'm nearly 71 so I then decided to buy a cheaper treadmill to use for short periods and one compact enough to store and walk on in a room upstairs. I've now had it for 2 weeks and this is the best decision I've made. Since installing, which took about 30 mins with the help of my husband, I've used it on a daily basis, sometimes once, sometimes twice and seeing the steps increase on my 'fitbit' watch has been inspirational. I only walk as I'm not up to running and at 4 kl per hour, this is perfect for me, after beginning at a slower 2 kl./. I plan to build up on time and speed over time. Just a warning! it's short but I very soon got used to walking near the front and with the help of the well positioned handles, I haven't yet skidded off the rear! However, the machine is well built and easy to fold up and push to the wall for storage purposes. Suits all needs in our family.
I bought this for myself to kick start a weight loss/lifestyle change. It suits me as a starter but also suits my teenage children and my husband. My husband would prefer a higher speed, up to 12k, but is still getting a good work out running for 30 mins at 10k. I switch between walking for 2 mins at 6k and jogging at 8k for 2m over a 20 min session. Only had it 2 weeks and had no expectation of EVER jogging. The machine is quiet and compact. Great value
I bought this treadmill after quite a bit of research and reading reviews as I need to improve my fitness and as woman in my 70s didn't want something that was going to be too exhausting. The beauty of this is that you can start really slow and build up speed as your feel able to. You can jog on it if you're young and fit! It isn't small but it isn't too large either and does fold up for storage. I keep it up and ready so that I can hop on it several times a day. My sister comes a couple of afternoons to use it and is so impressed she's thinking of buying one for herself. It has an easy to read display and 10 different preset programmes for those who are into such things. You can also connect to an app but I haven't done that. It arrives almost fully assembled and just requires opening out and fitting a few screws with an Allen key, I did it on my own. The worst bit was getting it out of the box, it is heavy for one person. There are a couple of screws that mystified me ar first as I couldn't see what their purpose was, M6 and M12 but they are to hold it together when it's folded. Good value for money!
It is as described to be fair, I just find the quality of the belt to be poor. It moves sideways a LOT which means that after each 30 minute session I have to move it again. The running area is also quite short, but I am 6" so perhaps if you run that is sort of maximum height for it. Once set up surprisingly good
For a treadmill this cheap I was expecting there to be problems but took the risk. Glad I did as although compact it is big enough for someone with my stride pattern - I’m 5’9” - it is sturdy although it is on a constant incline even on the flattest level so you do work harder. The Bluetooth capability linked with Zwift is great and easy to set up. The max speed of 10kph is fine for me but some may need a speedier treadmill. After searching for a long time I finally found this amazing machine. It was really difficult to find one that took a weight over 15st, this one takes up to 20st . It was well packaged and took no time at all to put together .....4 screws basically, it is very easy to move around and folds up so takes up very little space. Trying to become more active!
For me it's about being more active. With it being dark before I go to work and when I come home it's perfect. I am using it to increase my fitness level as a walker and runner. I am completely useless at running at the moment and this is what I'm hoping to improve. I've only had it for two weeks and I'm trying out the couch to 5k app with it. Once my stamina and confidence improves I'll have a go outside! For me it's perfect. It suits my purpose.
