Great phone, programmable SOS button is brilliant!
I purchased this for my dad who’s in hospital & hates technology. I programmed the SOS rear orange button to directly call me when he pressed it, which made it easier for him to use, has a long battery life, it’s ideal especially with the sos button. HAS a torch & radio too, but this feature hasn’t been used yet, nice easy to use compact phone. Can’t fault it really.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

As an OAP phone, I guess it is easier than others. Practise makes perfect.
Still getting used to it. Do not like mobile phones. Have only received incoming calls so far and used bluetooth earpiece which I bought for it. Thank goodness I have a landline too. which is far easier to use. I find text messaging difficult - finding my way around the keyboard without accidentally deleting things.! Small & compact - easy to read
