It's a Miele, so it's going to be good, very good...
If you have never bought a Miele product, you don't know what you are missing. This brand more than any other shows German engineering at its best!
I've had my Miele washing machine for almost 10 years, and it still works just as it did when it was new.
They are probably the most reliable appliances you can buy, they keep winning awards, and it's easy to see why. They are very well designed to have not too many options, but the ones there are 'just work' and keep on working. You don't need to read the manual for 15 minutes to work out how to use it. Controls are simple and intuitive and build quality is amazing.
This Miele dishwasher is not only quiet and economical, but it has a capacity which is probably over 50% more than the Bosch which it replaced. I used to have to put that on every single day, sometimes twice a day. The Miele is much more efficiently designed that it fits so much more in that I don't even have to run it daily. It's like the dishwasher equivalent of a Tardis. Even without the A+ energy rating, this makes it far cheaper to run than the Bosch.
The manufacturer website is great, it has all the information readily available for download, and if anything does go wrong with Miele kit, their aftersales service is second to none.
I would prefer to buy a nearly new Miele over a brand new item from any other manufacturer. They are not just a bit better than everything else, they are a *lot* better.
I've had Samsung, Zanussi, Bosch and Candy appliances. I don't buy anything that doesn't have a good reputation. However I would rather spend slightly more on a nearly new Miele because it's so much better value for money.
In short, it's quiet, it washes well, it has a massive capacity, it's easy to use and has legendary build quality and reliability.
