Very pleased.
My sister got one of these, and she was so happy with it, I got one for myself. Really glad I did. It's easy to use, and does a much better job of massaging my feet and legs than I could ever do for myself. After having used it daily for about a week now, I actually have more feeling in my feet and legs, which are both numb from non-diabetic neuropathy. Since the cause of the neuropathy is in my spinal cord, I didn't expect to see any difference, so wow what a nice surprise. Would absolutely recommend this for anyone who wants/needs a good, consistent foot and leg massage -- with the following caveats: Could just be a glitch with my machine, but the warm air function does very little. I don't mind because I wouldn't use it anyway; just gave it a try to see how it worked. If you're going for the heat feature, you might be disappointed. As the product description clearly stated, my machine did not come with a user manual. Since it's so easy to use, I figured I didn't need any additional info anyway -- and so the first time I turned it on, it about crushed my toes. Derp. Would recommend sliding your heels back as far as they'll go (they can go back farther than it seems at first) to avoid making my mistake. If you're looking for a gentle massage, this is not the machine for you. It has spiky rollers for the soles of the feet, which is exactly what I wanted but might be too rough for sensitive feet, even at the mildest setting. If you have very thin legs it might not provide much of a massage for your calves. It works on my thick(ish) calves just fine, although I'd kind of prefer a bit more pressure. Lastly, although it's very easy to use, if your hands/arms are weak it's not so easy to move around. It's too big to put it in position before I sit down, and it takes a lot of effort to position it after I've sat. Worth the effort, but I thought I'd add that as a warning for anyone who struggles with hand/arm weakness. Bottom line: This is a wonderful massager. This is definitely worth it if you care for your feet.
The message techniques are effective for keeping circulation to my feet. The rolling massage in the base under each foot stimulates the pads of my feet and keeps the muscles active. The compression methods are a great feel to the body and help make me feel relaxed. I often get drowsy using it for it's full 15 min duration. It does massage the calves, using compression mainly, but not to the degree I would like, otherwise I'd give this 5 stars. I prefer fairly vigorous muscle massages, so the calf massage could use a little more pressure in my opinion; however, the instruction do say that to create more pressure, put on thicker pants or lining around your legs to take up more space. So to be fair, I have not tried that yet. My partner and I live in an upstairs apartment with poor floor sound insulation and use the Reflex machine sitting on a towel to help dampen some of the vibration from the vibrating option, which by the way works well. The vibrating motor is essential for promoting better blood flow. I recommend using all 4 massage modes, in 3 or 4 minute intervals. That really works best. Try it, you will see. Also work toward using the more intense setting as well. When I finish using this thing, I don't feel like I've wasted my time. From my calves to my toes, I feel better. I've been using it twice a day. In the morning and in the evening. I do have a square trade warranty with this device. When it comes to massagers, there are lots of mechanics involved and no doubt you'll want to have coverage for any breakdowns. Human Touch Foot & Leg Massager
I highly recommend the massager. It helps a lot with relieving the foot & leg pain that i typically experience at night. It massages your entire foot (top & bottom). The shiatsu massaging feels great. It also has a vibrating & warm air setting which is nice. Overall, it’s a great product with a good value for all of the features it has on it.

Just not right for our needs.
