Scooter X review.....pass on this item.
Low quality parts, ZERO instructions and once assembled it DOES need adjustedto operate safely. The headset is loose fitting and the steering flops around making stopping scarey as the front swings forward and back, I had to replace it with a higher quality mountain bike part. The front brake was dragging and glowed red hot after 2 minutes of the first ride. It's VERY loud. We had to buy a moped style exhaust to quiet it down. It requires about a 2 minute warm-up before riding or it cuts out. After adding $100 to the initial cost, it is a fun ride.
