Hollywood Miracle diet
From my experience only. The Miracle Diet gave me energy the whole time I was drinking it. You have to drink it 4× for 2 days along with 8 glasses of water through the day. You can't eat anything but let's be real here who could go 2 whole days without eating anything at all. So what I did later in the day I cut me up some cabbage, onions, bell peppers, and cucumbers. I steamed it except for the cucumbers. I didn't add any seasoning, oils etc. I pre mixed my drinks in separate regular size water bottles. 4oz water 4oz Miracle Diet marked them with a marker, sat them in the refrigerator instead of waiting until it's time for another drink. I'm big on drinking water anyways I'm not a soda person so I was good. You will get hungry af so don't sit there thinking you can go 48 hours without food you'll be in the hospital bed for over 48 hours. The Drink had me peeing all day not #2 You do lose water weight it is a good jump start for those who are trying to diet or just wanting to eat more healthier. I didn't go check my weight but I can say my clothes fit way loser my arms look more slimmer. "My experience only" we all have an area on our body that lets us know oh bihh you've gained weight, my area which is my arms went down..
