New In Box! It's completely New in box. There was a plastic clear window inside in front of the SteriPEN, but for some reason it's missing. But, there is still a Piece of cardboard over the top of it that you have to rip out to pull the SteriPEN out. So it's still Factory Sealed in the box. The bottle isn't sealed inside but is still completely Brand New. I took pictures of all the information on the box so you could make an educated decision.
