This is my 4th Splendide
I because of job transfers have ended up living in a 5th Wheel. I use my washer/dryer every couple days. The last 1 had a code and instead of having the guy out to fix it I just bought new. If and when I have called the company located in Clackamas Oregon they are so helpful and pleasant. This is a European design. Most homes in Europe have a combo washer/dryer in thier kitchen. As opposed to the American brands this is tested and tried. I have friends who have the separate units but for space I prefer the all in 1. There are things you learn. No Fabric dryer sheets. Remove the shipping bolts and the plastic "plugs" around them. Which side is hot and which is not. After that use and enjoy. If the lights are blinking call in with which 1's and they will tell you on the phone what is wrong. Spendide vented washer/dryer in my motorhome.
I have used the W/D about 5 loads now and it has done a good job cleaning and drying a load. Use it every other day once each time to keep up with clothes, bath towels, sheets & pillowcases. Takes about 2 hrs. per load in express wash/dry which works fine for me. Takes a little longer if you need extra rinse cycle or longer drying time. Drying time for my loads is about 60 mins.
