What is Mark Jacobs thinking ?
This perfume became my favorite when it was first issued some years ago. It is fresh, light, slightly sharp, and highly distinctive without being sweet. I believe it was initially designed to be a room- perfume, (? ) but became a favorite person- perfume. However Mr Jacobs, for reasons known only to him, chose to take it out of production several years ago. I chase it on eBay, and have a small and carefully light protected supply, but at some point it will disappear or become too expensive even for an addict like me. My past favorite perfume list has included Balmain's Jolie Madame, but Rain is my bestie. Balmain ruined Jolie Madame by " improving " it, and Mr Jacobs has ruined Rain by supply neglect. Hard to find authentic perfume, Discontinued product found in excellent condition.
this was very popular in twenty years ago but was discontinued by Marc Jacobs. Wife loves it for soft scent that is fresh and clean but does not stick around. We have been purchasing on secondary market through Ebay but supply is drying up. This Ebayer had a bottle in excellent condition and authentic product.
