Proper Salt Cellar
I have been in the fish & chip trade for nearly forty years and the health nuts are doing my head in. Drywite reduced the holes in their salt cellars from 17 to 5 (yes that is 5 holes). Customers just ask you for more salt (sore arms from all the shaking) so great someone has the 17 hole version. If you read this Drywite please consult your customers before making such radical changes as we are on the front line.
