Lovely with home made Chinese meal
Never tried uncooked prawn crackers before, alway bought ready to eat from the local supermarket. But during Covid, supermarkets always appears to be out of stock. So I just googled where I could buy some and these were suggested. These are superb, easy to cook and really economical. Don’t think I will go back to ready to eat ones now, as these are like the crackers you get in a Chinese restaurant, really light and fluffy. Just like my Mum used to make in the 60's
My mother used to buy Uncooked prawn crackers in the early 1960's from a very posh delicatessen in Glasgow, and I have never seen them in shops to purchase. It was only on a random conversation at work I thought I would google them. It led me to ebay and I bought from this trader. They are exactly as I remember and ive given all my neighbours some too.
