What a magnificent set of glasses just the best glasses I have ever owned and I couldn't wait to serve my gin and tonics in them ,the ice and lemon with the fizzy tonic made them look superb and the look of the drink is improved by the quality of the crystal glass .. More fragile than they look.
I initially thought these glasses were of good quality and weight but, after some months of everyday use, I have found that they are rather fragile particularly when draining after a wash. Three of my glasses have broken around the rim without any reason . I can only imagine that there is a weakness in the glass when standing them upside down. As long as you aware these are crystal glass and not lead crystal, you’ll love these glasses. Sturdy with a nice weight, very pretty and great value for money, they’re nice to drink out of and don’t feel as delicate and breakable as real crystal.
