Great quality fat balls.
My garden bird love these fat balls. what I like about them is that they are not like concrete like some other makes, therefore making it easier for the birds as in winter they need to save their energy and do not need the extra hard work of trying to break bits off. They are excellent value and of great quality and I will be buying more. Also great without nets as I do not use nets due to birds getting their claws caught in it. The Blackbirds are now climbing up high to eat them
These Suet Balls are a really good size and firm and had more in the box that 150 (what a lovely surprise). The birds absolutely love them, from blue-tits, great-tits, lesser spotted woodpecker, long-tailed-tits (they actually swarm over them). I have one of the long suet feeders handing near a round flat seed feeder and was amazed to see a blackbird balancing on the round feeder, then leaning forward to peck at the suet balls. Every time he pecked at them, the tall suet feeder moved slightly away from him. He then learnt to peck at it and get some suet once it arrived back towards him. So, there he is, with the suet feeder swing back and forth like a pendulum. How's that for being inventive? Who knew blackbirds were so creative!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

All the birds are happy and well fed
I have sparrows robins finches and blackbirds and they all love these fat balls. Took a couple of days for them to start feeding but now there is no stopping them. I've even had blackbirds hanging off the feeders! So I've crumbled a few fat balls up and spread them on the ground so the blackbirds don't have to do acrobatics! Ha Ha. Very happy with my purchase. Sparrows love them
The birds love them. My sparrows seem to like these more than any other fat balls I've bought in the past and are feeding on these and seeds at the same time whereas previously they've only moved on to the balls when the seed feeder has been empty.
