Replaced an older version in which the "swan neck" had become loose. Fiddly to put together but works fine.
The diameter of the wall fixing was slightly less than the old fitting and the method of attaching to the wall was also different. The newer item requires the fitting of a bracket to the wall which is then hidden from view by the circular wall fitting this secured by two side screws to the bracket. Unless you are fitting to a sunken electrical base there is very little room to effect the electrical connections since the "swan neck" is secured to the circular wall fitting by a large threaded bot and nut. After some fiddling with the connections it all went together and is now working fine with a led bulb (bought separately). Judging by the instructions I guess I could have fitted this in almost any country in the world :).
