Stirrer in it is small for width of the pan, about an inch on each side does not get reached.
I was disappointed that the stirrer does not go out to the sides of the pan. I contacted the Zippy company and they said that the 4 qt. and the 5.5 qt. both have the same size width of a stirrer. I got it to roast coffee beans but need the stirrer to be able to rotate the beans on the sides of the pan better. Wish I would have gone with a 4 qt. size one. It is nice made though and everything was great with the seller that I purchased. It may work find for popcorn roasting, but not for us coffee roasters.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
