I bought this step to help my mother (95)
I bought this step to help my mother (95) but not for exercising. I wanted it to help her to get in and out of my people carrier. I wanted it to raise her up a few inches and then swing down onto the seat. Because her legs are not strong she can't stand on a (narrow) fold up step but this one provides a firm footing where she can get both feet onto the step. It works and she is delighted. Bought this to aid my physio exercises after hip replacement. It is brilliant. Very strong and sturdy and I don't feel like I'm going to slip off at all. Clever design as the extender step is stored under the main unit until needed. Very pleased with the quality of the item and the price was excellent too. Can't comment on speed of delivery because I ordered over the period between Christmas and new year when all deliveries can be a bit delayed.
