GOOD OLD MULLEIN!!
I suffer with breathing problems which may be caused by Chronic acid reflux, so decided to look up on the very best herbs that might help. Mullein appears to be extremely good for breathing difficulties and a host of other ailments, so I have been using this for a couple of months, and it has, without a doubt help with mucus problems! I would definitely suggest people try this, together with elecampane, thyme, lobelia and marshmallow. I picked these up at Argos which was brilliant, and Ebay customer help was brilliant when I lost my documents to pick this herb up with a couple of others! Don't believe the hype
After reading so much about how relaxing and almost high this would make me feel aswell as relieve pain & sleep problems, of course I bought into it, but after smoking 3 hand rolled I felt no change, I filled my tea strainer and even had a cup of tea with it, still nothing, no change what so ever, I think I'm going to just smoke hemp buds at least there's no denying the effects of thatVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

I made a tea 1oz to 1pint then poured a large cup it tasted bitter and revolting so I then did a huge cup of 1/2 wild lettuce tea and 1/2 peppermint tea and lots of sweetner .
