These capsules are good value, as there's nearly a year's supply in the bag and appear to have all the ingredients to be beneficial, so I'm happy to take them. I imagine that the oil will lubricate my joints so that can't be bad, and I think they are beneficial for my wellbeing in other respects like heart health.
