Pretty good....
Pros: Good suction, easy filter to clean out, super long cord. Cons: the flexible hose is pretty rubbish, it kinked in the box making it almost unusable but it's better without it. All in all good value, I use mine to clean the car out and keep the workshop clean. It replaces a Dyson battery operated one which was frankly diabolical.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight
Suction end is wrong way round to run flat on a surface, suction adequate for small jobs though seems to block with smallish bits and if dust is thick on the interior filter. Can be awkward putting dust cone back on. Most worrying was it getting very hot after say 10 minutes use. Compared to previous machine a Hoover dustette , 60 years old, the Draper is not so substantial, powerful and doubt if it will last half as long.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice long lead
I was hoping for a multiple purpose little cleaner like I had before, but this is not much bigger than a hairdryer and the hose is quite short and very flexible, so for jobs in the house, it's limited. I haven't used it for the car yet, but I expect it's OK. It's useful for stairs and picking up odd crumbs and bits, but won't reach up to ceilings or corners unless you're super tall. A powerful mains socket vacuum which is compact and reasonably light weight
It's not cordless as I thought it would be but it is portable insofar as it has a long cord, and it is reasonably lightweight. It comes with an array of short but suitable attachments for various tasks. The junction between hose and vacuum is just a pressure fitting, may be an issue in the future with wear and tear, and coming loose. Excellent small vacuum cleaner
This is an excellent vacuum cleaner for its size. It performs brilliantly with 600W of power. I can do a full vacuum of my 4 door saloon car interior in 10-15 minutes with it. It also saves on getting the massive heavy main vacuum cleaner out around the house for minor cleaning purposes. It is not a cordless Dyson, and costs a fifth but is very light and portable.
