A singer,s life.
Jane Froman is not a singer I am familiar with but she has a beautiful voice and in her day very popular. This is one of those few musicals that is quite factual and Jane,s voice is used for the songs of which there are plenty. She had a somewhat tragic life with suffering a plane crash which resulted in 30 or so operations over the years. Margaret Heywood does a very sensitive portrayal so with good music and a moving story a very gripping few hours of entertainment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
