All in all a Good product. The only drawback is the amount needed if you have large glass containers. I used almost 3/4 of the bottle to soak my RooR 12". Might or might not work

Brought my piece back to life!!!
I used saran wrap and rubberbands to plug my downstem and poured zen master in from the mouthpiece. Then i wrapped the mouth piece and let it soak overnight. The next morning I ran warm water through it and EVERYTHING came out... it was hella gross but it made my piece look brand new.
