This was a good sized compost bin. It was easy to fit it together apart from the lid which I could not work out how to attach to the bin. As a result, the lid is just sitting on top of the bin, unattached. I have had to sit something on top of the lid to stop it blowing away. This is a shame as otherwise i was happy with the bin. It is sturdy and decent quality and holds a large quantity of compost. I have reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4 as a result.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

slotted together easily, useful size but not made of as sturdy plastic as the pictures seem to show. The lid is flimsy and has no way of being secured in the wind, you need to drill holes to put string or some other method to hold it down. The composter is certainly bigger than I had imagined from the picture - but none the less good value for all that. It is sturdy and easy to 'assemble', though I did break the lid coupling as I did that, so please beware. I was probably just heavy handed! The composter is stronger than expected and is a good shape for stability. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the 'gate' at the bottom comes off instead of being hinged at the side. Not much to say except this composter came 5 days earlier than expected (good) and was incredibly easy to snap together, though the lid hinges did need a good solid clout to get them united.
