Very good hutch
I decided to buy this slightly more expensive rabbit hutch because I have experience of the cheaper ones and didn't wish to have another one of those. I was very pleased how easy the hutch fit together and even more pleased to see proper hinges and bolts on the doors. I went for this hutch as it boasted 10mm tongue and groove boards but what stopped me giving it 5 stars was the fact the floor and back were only 4mm plywood. It gave the hutch a slightly less of a quality feel. This hutch has become an extension to my ferret shed and with ferrets I really wanted something nice and sturdy as they are very good at getting out of things so I was a little worried by this thin ply. I ended up lining it with some more we had in the shed. I would gladly give this hutch 5 stars if only the ply was 6 - 8 mm. As it is though it is an ideal home for a couple of guinea-pigs or dwarf rabbits. I would recommend it and gladly buy another.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A robust, warm and cosy hutch and very good value for money in comparison to what you can buy in well known pet store chains. It is delivered flat packed, but is very easy tò put together. Smart looking hutch
I like having both doors of a reasonable size so that I can get in to clean it properly! I needed something with some height so that he could stand upright if he wanted too! It definitely needs the cover as the front is quite open. We attached a wire to the door to keep it open in winds. Being blind, he can get very disorientated when things aren’t in the right place. We bought this as a replacement hutch for my elderly 11 1/2 year old blind bunny. He’s always been outside free range so we needed something that he could get in and out of easily but off the ground, for his arthritis! He was no longer going upstairs in his two story hutch and getting wet in the bottom. We built him a little ramp up to the door, which he has now mastered happily! Well made hutch
This hutch is solid real wood strong and sturdy and well made. It's the best hutch I've ever bought. I've bought 3 now and I've never bought any other hutch since because this was exemplary. It's a lovely large deep hutch with plenty of space for more than one Guinea pig or rabbit. The roof is solid and thick and the middle leg gives extra stability. Great price too
