Necessary equipment for cleaning.
If you don't want to get your hands wet and hate sucking on the tube to draw water, you need this product. It's not the great quality but gets the job done. Had it had a much longer hose on the tap end this would have been just about perfect as there's a bit of a stretch due to the height of my tank (which isn't unreasonably high). All in all it's ok. Perfect for my pond and reservoir for quick cleaning.
Usually when I clean the bottom of my pond some substrate material gets agitated and I have to wait for it to settle. With this attachment I can easily get that niggling annoyance much more easily. Plus the length makes it so satisfying and much easier on my back as my old syphon was really short. So much easier
