Good all round device
With 500Gb this 2 in 1 does the job well. The keyboard has a cheap feel about it but the keys are precise rather like an Apple Macbook. Great laptop.

Ideal laptop for University
My son needed a laptop for University, as with most young people he wanted a tablet PC. Well IPads are toys really, not good for business software - as well as incredibly expensive - So I looked at Windows tablets. Windows tablets like the Surface Pro, looked a good bet until I stumbled upon review sites which slated battery life. The same review sites gave this PC better than average battery life. Additionally this device has 32GB HDD in tablet, 250GB HDD in detachable keyboard and unlike Ipad takes USB. Since purchase my son has practiced using this device he gets over 11.5 hours of battery (screen 40% bright) using web etc. The next bonus was Asus cloud which said 10GB when I signed up I got unlimited. So if you want a well priced PC that converts to tablet, with Windows OS this should be considered. For less than £160 with 1 year Asus warranty you really cannot go wrong. It feels well made and a quality product. I would recommend getting used to Windows 8.1, that said the device is quick with 2GB RAM. I would recommend these to anyone looking for decent small laptop as boot time - always issue with windows OS - is quick and there are plenty of storage options standard.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Fast and convenient.
This is a great little machine. Very fast start up and easy to convert into a tablet. The addition of a 500GB hard drive in the base unit has ample storage space. Overall this is a very nice laptop. But a word of warning if when opening lid you push back too hard can break the digitizer as i have seen.
